Agreement
By using this site or buying from it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we take payment and send your confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — most often because a one-of-a-kind piece has already sold — we will cancel it and refund you in full.
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. If a price is listed in error we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honour the mistake.
Handmade glass
Every race marble is individually hand-torched. Size, colour and pattern vary piece to piece, and small variations are a feature of the process rather than a fault. Photographs are representative.
Shipping
We ship within the United States and Canada. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. Please check your address carefully at checkout — we cannot recover a parcel sent to an address you entered incorrectly.

Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, and do not use it for anything unlawful.
Our content
The BML name, logo, photographs and site content belong to Boro Marble League. You may not reuse them commercially without permission.
Liability
We provide the site as-is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes will be heard in the courts of that state.
