RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The short version

Email within 30 days of delivery, quoting your order reference, and we will sort it out.

Returns

You may return an unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Once we have it back and have checked it, we refund the price you paid to your original payment method within five working days.

Return postage is yours unless the item arrived damaged or was not what you ordered, in which case we cover it. Email us first — we will confirm the return address at Old World Art Gallery, 7561 Center Ave Ste 16, Huntington Beach, CA 92647 before you send anything back.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives broken or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with your order reference and a photograph. We will replace it where we can, or refund you in full where we cannot.

One-of-a-kind glass

Race marbles are individual pieces. If you return one we cannot replace it with an identical piece — we will refund you instead.

Cancelling before dispatch

If your order has not shipped yet, email us and we will cancel and refund it in full.

Exchanges

We do not run exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.
